Smoked salmon salad
This is so quick and so easy to make! And its perfect for potluck. Just go to Costco for the wild smoked salmon.
All you need is 7 ingredients: smkd salm, sweet Maui onions, tomatoes, radish sprouts, tobiko, lemon, and ponzu for the dressing. Layer it and your done! I usually drizzle the ponzu right before serving.

Pumpkin patch
Here were are at Aloun Farms. This quarter the students have been reading all kinds of pumpkin books and writing about how they grow and change. So now its time for them to see the pumpkins for themselves!

It was very educational. Have you ever seen a white pumpkin? Now you have! They also grow a variety of other vegetables.

Each person gets to pick a pumpkin and take it home!
As long as you can carry it! LOL!
