Nu Wave


A few weeks ago, we started using our NuWave (infarred) oven. It cooks french fries without oil and it comes out golden crispy and soft. Mushrooms were super juicy, in fact they would drip down your mouth. We tried scallops and they were super delicious with just a little cracked sea salt and peppercorns, sliced garlic and fresh lemon juice and it cooked for only 6 minutes from frozen. The tomatoes were my absolute favorite. Sliced in half with cracked salt and pepper along with Italian herbs on it. Put a little German cheese and panko crumbs... oh too good!
