Ardel's Garden

Ardel invited me to pick vegetables from her garden. She had vegetables I have never even heard of... like On Choy!

Kale
Swiss Chard
Collard Greens
On Choy or Ong Choy (Water Spinach)
Swiss Chard
Sweet Basil for a delicious Pesto!
Bok Choy
After I washed the vegetables in Kangen, I was able to help myself to them for about two weeks! I had to look up a lot of recipes but my favorite was the Swiss Chard.
I used garlic, olive oil, crushed red peppers, butter and salt. After two weeks, the on choy started rooting!
On choy has a crunchy stem with soft spinach-like leaves. I may be having another generation of it soon.
