Here's my first attempt at garlic shrimp...It was delish! And it didn't cost $14 like the shrimp wagons charge.
Hiyayashi (cold tofu) with ponzu, radish sprouts, green onions, grated ginger and katsuo bushi.
Orzo pasta with parmesan and basil, cooked in butter. Another first.
