Micronesian store

Ever been to a Micronesian store?
Kon (written on the sign) is fermented breadfruit, a staple in Chuuk.
They eat it with their meals, like rice. Its sticky and doughy with a little sourness.
Kool-Aid! One of my first grade students said he ate spicy cheetos and it wasnʻt hot for him because he put kool-aid on it.

The Betel nut article in the Chuukese Leenien Mas (WT) specifically says they add "kool aid and lime." The English article only says, "spices and sweeteners".
 Everything is canned or packaged.
Ah! Thereʻs the spicy cheetos!
Next to the kon!
yups
Next stop!
